Surviving your package

1 - Shipment of your package

When you place your order, in order to guarantee the quality of the products, we will manufacture them to order within 4 to 5 days following the complexity of the product. You will receive your package 7 days after your order. They are shipped via COLISSIMO with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be sent via UPS Extra with a signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as it will incur additional costs. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The preparation fee is fixed, while the shipping fee varies according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects. Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.

The delivery method is then left to our free choice. Please note that the delivery times are indicative and take into account the manufacturing time + the shipping time. To receive your parcel you must count :

  2. Dom Tom: 10 days
  3. Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Germany: 8 days
  4. Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Mali: 25 days
  5. USA and Canada: 12 days

Order in progress. We have received your payment and your product is being manufactured (all our products are made to order in France to guarantee impeccable quality). Quality control. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All our products are made in France with care and quality. We do not stock the products to maintain a high level of quality. When you order a product, we do it. The time needed to bring will depend on the nature of the product. All products are guaranteed for life. You have 30 days to return if you change your mind. Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or because they are suitable for you. We do not refund or exchange the following products:
