The capsules sold on the arseneca.com website are certified collections and numbered by token. A collection certificate is systematically given to the buyer. The capsules are made by Arsènéca in France. The photos associated with the products are not contractual, only the spirit of the work is preserved.
Arsènéca declines all responsibility in case of non-conforming use of the capsules.

Shipping and customs

The VAT on performances is 5.5% in France. Duties will be applied outside the euro zone.

The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. We do our best to ensure that the delivery takes place within less than 10 days.
In case of difficulties, we commit ourselves to keep you informed of them. Arsènéca is contractually bound with La Poste for the shipments in France, in colissimo simple, or letter Max, or Letter Minimax.

The validation of the order is definitive for all the ARSENECA solutions and cannot be cancelled.

The Creation Ordinance n°2016-301 of 14 March 2016 - art provides that "the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised insofar as the capsules are sealed products, made to the specific requirements of the consumer, likely to deteriorate and hygiene products. The absence of withdrawal is also justified by the security requirements of the supply chain. Indeed, a product taken out of the distribution and delivery circuit cannot be reinstated.

As soon as you exercise your right of withdrawal, Arsènéca commits itself to reimburse you the totality of your order within a maximum of 30 days: - in cash if the right of withdrawal is exercised within 10 days of receipt of the ordered products (the postmark being proof) - you must return the ordered package at your expense to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.

In accordance with the provisions of article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, we remind you that the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to #Capqules, audio or video recordings as well as to software when they have been unsealed as well as to products made to order. Furthermore, Arsènéca will not accept returns for the following items: Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as is, at your expense. Unidentified returned packages may be returned to the sender. Sensitive and hygienic items and beauty products will not be exchanged or refunded.
